• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash – only winnings generated through bonus play may be withdrawn once the rollover requirement has been met.

All Sports Betting on the Joker123 platform is subject to the following general wagering rules, in addition to the sport-specific rules for each event:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by members.
• Joker123 reserves the right to void bets or reject new bets if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, match-fixing, or a significant technical error in the odds display.
• For Sports Betting on Malaysia Super League and EPL football, a match must reach the full 90 minutes (plus injury time) for bets to be considered valid, except for designated half-time markets.
• Matches cancelled before reaching the stipulated minimum time will result in all related bets being voided and a full refund issued.
• Odds displayed are those applicable at the time the bet is placed. Any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect existing bets.
• For in-play (live) betting, Joker123 reserves the right to suspend or restrict markets at any time during a match.

• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay (e.g., loss of internet connection), the affected game round will be resolved based on Joker123's server logs, not the client's records. Joker123 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Attempting to exploit any bug or technical error in a game for unfair gain is prohibited and may result in account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Joker123 platform and may result in immediate account closure:

Account Termination

Joker123 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
